Thought diarrhea is the shit
It is not about what goes in but what comes out and how
Hey Overthinker,
Obviously I am not talking about actually diarrhea where you actually shit your pants. I am talking about your thoughts that are sitting in your mind, undigested probably stinking your mind, barfing their way to overwhelm you! Do you not want to let it out? Feel lighter?

How shitting is for the stomach, crying is for the heart, Journaling is for the brain! You feel a lot better once you have written down however and whatever you are feeling.
Imagine yourself in a movie with a lot of noise and as soon as you put pen to paper that noise starts to fade away. That is exactly how you will feel as soon as you practice journaling.
No Shit! everyone keeps talking about journaling but writing can be difficult and BORING, but have you ever tried mind maps?
Mind maps are like this badass choreography for your thoughts. It's a graphical tool for structuring and dissecting information in a way that screams, "I'm a free-spirited genius!"
Get Your Shit Together:
As an overthinker, you need to take care of three things, mental, emotional & physical health. This week we talk about emotional health and how to manage certain aspects of it.

Why bother with mind maps? With the brain's overthinking orchestra playing in the background, your mind will cha-cha in a burst of creative brilliance. Benefits of rolling with mind maps in your journaling game:
Clarity: Mind maps cut through the noise, giving you a crystal-clear view of your wild thoughts. No more drowning in the mental maze – just pure understanding and easy recall.
Creativity: Embrace the non-linear vibe of mind maps in your journaling escapades. It's not about overthinking; it's about letting your creativity flow, sparking new ideas and fresh perspectives.
Organization: Turn chaos into order. Your journal becomes the structured haven where you spot connections between your thoughts, creating a roadmap for personal insights and growth.
Memory Boost: Your mind map-infused journal is a memory powerhouse. Visuals and the hierarchy of ideas make recalling information a breeze. No more struggling to remember where you left your genius ideas.
Creating a mind map in your journal is like giving your thoughts a kickstart. Begin with a central idea – maybe a key theme or a burning question. Branch out with associated concepts or subtopics, and don't hold back on the keywords, colours, and doodles. Your journal is your canvas, whether it's a good old paper and pen affair or a digital masterpiece.
