I am late but I am here
Importance of keep doing it
Hey overthinker, Whats good?
I really really hope you are doing fine! But for me fine doesn’t cut it anymore, does it for you? Anyway, I wanted to talk about this thing that every online guru is talking about and my struggles with it.
Consistency! What the fuck is it?

Doing something everyday, every week, every month, every year. All of this is what is considered as consistency. What people fail to understand is that not doing it once does not mean you are not consistent.
Failing to repeat the process even after failing to do it 10 times does not make sense to many but to who it does, they know what consistency is.
Get Your Shit Together
A simple hack to do something that you stopped doing is to do 1% of it. If you want to run a marathon Don’t run all those kms on the first day. Just fucking walk!
Not everything is supposed to be instant. Instant gratification is as addictive as cocaine, and you need to stop!
How?
Well, I am thinking about it myself!
I was so obsessed working on my mental and emotional health that I forgot about my physical health. Stopped running started eating to fill my emotional gap.
Constant correction leads to consistent effort.
Stopping myself from eating sugar every chance I get. Moving my body every chance I get. That’s my way of working towards my goal.
Weekly Watch
Talking about taking small steps everyday is what matters in the long run and it is exactly what Tim Ferris talks about in his book Atomic Habits. He summarised everything in that book here in this video, check it out:
