Fuck it, Let’s Do it!
Mindset shift to execute more
Hey Overthinker,
What is wrong with us? Why are we not able to follow simple instructions? Why are we not able to follow simple steps?

Absolutely NOTHING! We are a part of the generation that is spoilt by choices, options and variety, be it on how to spend our time or by what to eat? This is the reason why we are so overwhelmed at every given point of time. Feeling to vomit that thing in our chest out, yep that’s what I am talking about.
And there is nothing wrong with that. It is our responsibility to work our way out of this chaos. The only way we can get out of this is by executing what we think can help our overthinking.
Get Your Shit Together:
As an overthinker, you need to take care of three things, mental, emotional & physical health. This week we talk about mental health and how to get into the mindset of fuck it, let’s do it!

The Secret To Doing More
You need to make a fool of your brain. How? It is very simple, follow these:
Step 1: Set an unattainable goal. This includes making yourself realise that this is something that is out of your capacity.
Step 2: Now, set a realistic goal. This will motivate you to at least give it a try. It might not be the goal in step 1 but would be somewhere near.
Step 3: On the day before the execution make sure that you put down a list of action steps that will lead to the goal in step 1. I know I told you to just do lesser but what if you get a flow and you achieve the bigger goal? just write it for shits and giggles.
Step 4: Try and do one task from the TDL at a time (this one is important). Do not focus on what is hard, what is easy. You’ve written a step by step proccess to reach there. Remember, you can’t solve Pythagoras Theorem without knowing what numbers are.
Time for some honesty. You might not be able to finish your first TDL in one go, but what you need to understand is that doing something is more important than doing nothing.

Making lists are important because then you can visualise and accomplish. Gamify your life, make it fun!
